Nidlet doodle WIP

I'm not used to do lineart-less drawings, but we'll see how it goes. This is actually going to be a christmas drawing, but I haven't gotten to the "christmas" part of it yet. :V

Steam Workshop for Team Fortress 2! View and rate our stuff!

Valve has officially started the "Steam Workshop"! You can now submit custom modifications of your favorite games, including Team Fortress 2, and allow people to rate and comment on your mods! This new method will make it easier for Valve to cycle through the hundreds of submitted mods and determine which ones are favored by fans as well as which ones are deserving enough to be added to their games.

As of now, THE WRATH OF WAN HU and ZHU LONG'S YIN have been submitted to the Steam Workshop! Please feel free to rate our items and leave a comment! :)

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=136 - Zhu Long's Yin

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=154- The Wrath of Wan Hu

FUN FACT: The Wrath of Wan Hu is currently the 10th top rated item out of all 281 submitted items, and is also the top 3rd most rated Pyro weapon out of 66 total. Zhu Long's Yin is also the top 9th out of 66. Simply amazing.

TF2 Contribute - The Wrath of Wan Hu!

This is actually old news, but I didn't see any harm in posting about this. Anyways, The Wrath of Wan Hu, a primary weapon for the Pyro, has been completed! It is part of the Chinese Dragon Pyro pack!

For those who don't know, the Chinese Dragon pack will consist of Wan Hu, Guan Dao, an unnamed chinese dragon shotgun, and Zhu Long's Yin, a dragon hat.

The shotgun is still in heavy development, so I have nothing to show for that as of now. If you're interested in the hat, however, feel free to visit here!

TF2 Contribute Update - More progress on Guan Dao!

A little bit of progress has been done on the Guan Dao, a melee weapon for the Pyro. This is a part of the Chinese Dragon Pack. The weapon is close to completion, all that it needs left are the chinese dragon engravings on the blade itself. Wish me luck!

Spike Bust

This piece right here.......has an interesting history.

I think it's best if I start from the beginning. OK, so back when I was a child, I watched a lot of cartoons, obviously. They inspired a lot of what I like today. Spike is particularly special. For those who don't know who he is, he was a semi-regular character who appeared on the TV family sitcom series, Dinosaurs, originally developed by Jim Henson.

Anyways, Spike was my first childhood crush as a kid and has always remained as a special character in my heart. Can't believe it took me this many years to even draw anything remotely related to Spike. In fact, I almost feel ashamed for not giving him the proper respect he deserves. The TV show itself was pretty corny most of the time, but it had its small moments with its adult humor. I found Spike the most likable of all the characters, I actually hated everyone else, ESPECIALLY Robbie Sinclair. I *still* don't understand why there are so many fans for him when he looks incredibly ugly as fuck and just has a generally unlikable and flat personality. Spike, however, had the most colorful personality to me. He really stood out from everyone else to me with his "bad boy" attitude and accent, always walking around with his hands in his pockets, making snappy remarks and being a smartass. He was big, he was tough, but even under all that, he cared a lot for Robbie and looked after him closely. He had a heart deep down for him and that me swoon over Spike like a little girl lol.

ANYWAYS.

Spike fanart. Fuck yeah. One thing that always bothered me is that there is hardly *ANY* Spike fanart out there while there is hundreds of Robbie porn. It's ridiculous. And the very little Spike fanart that does exist doesn't look anything like him. Few exceptions would probably be my friend Dreke's fanart. He drew Spike pretty spot on.

As this was dedicated to my favorite character, I really pushed hard to color this to the best of my abilities. I learned a lot just from coloring this piece. Hopefully I can do a better dedication in the future and do a full body pic instead of a bust. We'll see!

Combustable Lemons

So I finished Portal 2 a couple of days ago. Game was so damn good that I replayed the story mode at least 3 times. Co-op mode was hilariously fun as well, but it felt kind of short compared to the single player mode. Then again, my BF (Ragnar) was so goddamn smart it didn't take long for us to breeze through the test chambers.

Meanwhile, an update on my commission for SkieFire.

Yay for delicious hi-res! Anyways, it's kind of obvious I'm really spazzy with my coloring. I color it one way then I end up coloring right over it with another way. I'm never satisfied.

BONUS: Was experimenting with coloring on Spike, as well.

What a hottie. C: Spike >>>>>> Robbie.

HERP A DERP

A very very messy WIP. Just showing it to prove I'm not dead or anything, this blog's been feeling pretty empty.

Ugh.

I'm too lazy to transition everything over to this new blog. I'LL GET AROUND TO IT IN THE FUTURE. Maybe. Either that or I'll just continue from the last blog and I can just do a repost of older work here and there.

Oh look! A blog!

Started a new blog so I can separate certain pieces of art from my other stuff. This one will become my main public one. Here's something to start off the new blog:
